Meditation





                          Meditation is a relaxation technique and lighting. Shrouded in an aura of mystery, meditation is still one of the exercises can not be described accurately although there are so many books that treat these methods and materials. How many huts, many obiceie. However I am not getting down to describe what others have included dozens of books.
 What's missing today is human but time. All meditation techniques complex, involving the practitioner to have enough time available, to a child does not cry of hunger, or do not call mobile phones, etc..

 Meditation technique
